Oscar-winning actor and director Woody Allen is facing criticism from the Ukrainian government over his online appearance at a Moscow film festival. Allen defended his appearance, saying he believes “Vladimir Putin is totally wrong” when it comes to the war in Ukraine, but he doesn’t feel “cutting off artistic conversations is ever a good way to help.”
