  1. Hmmm, I always use my heel to Heelflip…its my go to trick. When learning to Ollie for 1st time I was messing with my foot placement (because yea, trying to keep my board under me 😂😂) and I placed my toes off to try to off balance it and did a super high(at least 4 boards height) heelflip with land. Wasn’t want it was trying but was crazy stoked. Took over 100 trys to even flip the board all the way with no luck and gave up on it and went back to the Ollie. LOL took 2 weeks after but now is def my best trick. Even using my heel in a “funky position” to swipe directly forward (in front of me) to Inward flip with no frontside shuv.

Foot placement is actually key to just understanding angles. 90° and 180°. Adjusting your foot at right angle to compensate your “offness” which is (unique to everyone). So if you do a FS shut but keep landing 90° or even the dreaded 170°. 😂 that Lil foot adjust is really just the 10°-90° needed to complete said rotation.

Skate is math in motion. When you find the “angles” your off on. Adjusting becomes a Lil easier.

  2. level 1: (get on the board) push
    level 2: turn
    level 3 maual
    level 4 kickturn
    (after loosen trucks)
level 5 try not to fall off the board

loved these tony hawk vids back in the day…
