For this weekend I did what seems to be a mistake of buying this game for PS3 at slightly below full price. I just wanted an RPG to dive into but the technical performance is so garbage I struggle to even get passed the intro quests. Frame rate hiccups, sound skips, hideous texture pop-ins, featureless landscapes and insane load times. I’ll try to get passed the Hinterlands as many have said improves it vastly, but so far it seems to be a thoroughly disappointing game.
ForceG27 Yeah it seems to put my console into submission but even so, the game is fairly lacking from a mechanics standpoint. The combat is flashy but pretty boring, the story is bland and the quests forgettable.
I just finished building my new PC and I’ll think I’ll go back and try DA:Origins instead.
this game looks awesome. got to get it to play through the winter. thanks for doing this.

10 hours in and had no idead there was a map and i finally learned theres a preffered option for skills

It was never built with the seventh generation consoles in mind.
