Derrick Todd Lee, known as “Baton Rouge Serial Killer,” terrorized Louisiana from 1992 to 2003. He preyed on women using an apparent charm to talk his way into the homes of his victims before committing sexual assaults and brutal murders. He eluded capture for years, baffling police by changing the manner in which he committed his crimes, with conflicting eyewitness reports also preventing his capture.
