The government has rejected suggestions that children could return to school in England in the next few weeks. The Education Secretary, Gavin Williamson, declined to give a date for them to reopen, saying the government’s tests would need to be met before pupils could return to school as part of any easing of coronavirus restrictions.
Meanwhile ministers remains under intense pressure over shortages of protective clothing for health workers and especially the medical gowns used in hospital intensive care wards.

I think it would be a fatal mistake to send these childeren back to school,they should remained closed til next year,it is entirely too early to send these sweet innocent childeren out into a deadly pandemic.my Father was 82nd Airborne Paratrooper Normandy,,,he would say no!!! You are not going to school while this deadly virus is out,there are childeren with Asthma,very bad immune system s,it is just not a good idea!!!!
