We made breakfast for lunch right here on the jobsite.
Up first- an entire skid steer bucket of bacon.
We’ve actually got one guy who asks to be paid in bacon.
Next, we made a 4-foot omelet using green onions, some mushrooms we found right here on the property, one hard hat of shredded cheese, ghost peppers- you don’t want to get these on your skin, don’t ask me how I know, and finally we smashed up some salt and peppercorns.
I cracked 57 eggs into a five-gallon bucket, added milk, and blended it all up with my drill- adding the spices straight into the mix.
Then I thew down our giant pan over the charcoal and poured out the eggs.
Once the eggs were starting to cook- I added all the chopped-up ingredients.
We had let the pan get good and hot first so it didn’t take long.
Instead of flipping the omelet in half, I wanted to make it into a giant roll so we could cut it up into individual pieces.
Finally, we added hot sauce, and it was time to eat.
It tasted absolutely amazing, and everyone had plenty to eat- especially the NEW GUY. @hausplans
