Disney Animation’s “Wish” is now streaming on Disney+.
Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Wish” is an all-new musical-comedy welcoming audiences to the magical kingdom of Rosas, where Asha, a sharp-witted idealist, makes a wish so powerful that it is answered by a cosmic force—a little ball of boundless energy called Star. Together, Asha and Star confront a most formidable foe—the ruler of Rosas, King Magnifico—to save her community and prove that when the will of one courageous human connects with the magic of the stars, wondrous things can happen. Featuring the voices of Academy Award®-winning actor Ariana DeBose as Asha, Chris Pine as Magnifico, and Alan Tudyk as Asha’s favorite goat, Valentino, the film is helmed by Oscar®-winning director Chris Buck (“Frozen,” “Frozen 2”) and Fawn Veerasunthorn (“Raya and the Last Dragon”), and produced by Peter Del Vecho (“Frozen,” “Frozen 2”) and Juan Pablo Reyes Lancaster Jones (“Encanto”). Jennifer Lee (“Frozen,” “Frozen 2”) executive produces—Lee and Allison Moore (“Night Sky,” “Manhunt”) are writers on the project. With original songs by Grammy®-nominated singer/songwriter Julia Michaels and Grammy-winning producer/songwriter/musician Benjamin Rice, plus score by composer Dave Metzger.

“And im always here when you need to vent”
AMONG US!?
NO it’s to catchy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You know it’s bad when the audience is sympathizing with the villain.
The song really isn’t as bad as people say it is
If you fail, you’re treason, if you succeed, revolution lol
어 전씨..?
I wanted to find some positives and honestly, I really like these scenes:
2:16 here, at least for a moment, the song becomes more “evil” and I like the effects and the look of Magnifico’s green magic
3:11 this is a great ending, you can see so much emotion in the character and voice (I got chills a bit) and if this song got a remake, I would leave this scene
it’s a pity that only these two parts (in my opinion) are good in this song, but Chris Pine himself did a brilliant job
MAGNIFICO: 🍇🥩🍗
BEEF RENDANG
CHICKEN RENDANG
*Mumbles* gosh, you people don’t appreciate some things, do you…THIS MOVIE MAY HAVE FLAWS BUT IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC IN ITS OWN WAY, so…in the words of Chris pine, THIS IS THE THANKS THEY GET!?😠 ungrateful much….😒
If you were helping your mom because she almost fall in the stairs, then you saved her, but she looked at you, few seconds later she slap you across your face then she walk away, then you start singing this whole song call “this is the thanks I get?!”
this song was written by a deaf person
he was a good king untill SOME GIRL decided to ruin it
Honestly, her going from being afraid of getting caught to her being terrified of him using the dark magic from the book was a subtitle but great moment.
Honestly it’s giving Scar from the lion king
This is not a villain song this is a song for a hero that has been betrayed buy all those who he gave everything for
Classic Narcissist
For this song to work, we needed to see Magnifico actually do this good stuff. Show him being a super stand-up guy outside the wish thing.
cant believe disney couldn’t do better with this movie…
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
– DISCLAIMER< THIS IS MY OPINION AND MY TAKE ON THIS SONG AND MOVIE, EVERYBODY IS ENTITLED TO THEIR OWN OPINION-The great thing about this song, this character arc, is the reaction it draws from us viewers, since it just proves (in my opinion) how most people tend to not notice/detect toxic people or relationships. King Magnifico has all the signs of a narcissist, which is why he feels threatened when his people question his power, turns the blame on them, tends to be benevolent mostly for appearances, lashes out, kinda gaslights Queen Amaya, etc. A narcissist tends to be charismatic, so people outside the relationship mostly never notice the toxicity and gaslight their partners/family, etc. In this case, this represents a dictatorship, in which you're not allowed to have an idea that is not approved or originated from the government (take the Chinese Cultural Revolution as an example... kinda like how Magnifico acts with Asha's grandfather's wish), and where most of the time, the people being governed in this type of government, tend to veneer their dictators ( take communist/fascist propaganda and civilian behavior as an example). I love the fact that this villain song is cheery and peppy, it helps keep up the King's facade. King Magnifico is a great villain. After all, doesn't every dictator write themselves as a benevolent king? He is an accurate representation of a real-life villain. Our reactions to this story also show us why most of "our" villains and our corrupted system don't get better. But at the end of the day, its just a song, and its just a movie. Sorry for my rant... and no, I am NOT a Disney bot -_-
he got those jeans from outer space
