terrific but ooo much laughing, talking — very appreciative of your workout, but all he chatter takes away from the focus and seeing what you’re doing as you are turned-on echanges with your”ninjas”—I find music keeps the rhythm consistent in work outs, with a few explanations to as your’e starting, and a word here and there –and music can be inspirational –THe workout itself pretty neat in terms of covering bases and being inventive — — Christa and team in great shape—
