In this video, I show you how to brew a New England IPA. This video covers the recipe, the brew, fermentation and the final tasting. The NEIPA is sort of a craze in the craft beer world right now so I figured I would try brewing one for fun and it turned out pretty good. Its got the signature haze and creamy mouthfeel, with great hop aroma and flavor, but I think I could have used better yeast. Overall the final result was 6.3% ABV with 54 IBUs. Sadly this beer oxidized quickly because I bottled it.
