Body language is pseudoscience
It’s not based on scientific fact. & it’s very ableist towards neurotypical people. Body language doesn’t exist cuz we created the idea how everyone should behave into a society what is seen as normal. Which is very ableist & it needs to stop

I have been told, after years of being in a position of authority, that I enter a room with that same authoritative walk. I am not trying to do so but, I guess it’s a hard habit to break.
