There is a purpose loop hole in the industry to allow a product to langue before regulators can get their hands on
Does the same go with Pharma?
Very easy to change he law to disallow a launch of a product before regulators say so
At the end it is hilarious that we are fighting the new product but the Tobacco industry goes on untouchable despite direct links to deadly diseases.. as if the regulators/legislators/law makers don’t want byl rock the boat of dollars or cannot be bothered unless they have to
No the ultimate tragedy is the FDA dood being sold out to the tobacco companies
JUUL defenders, like Ash, among others, are only defending the company’s interest. JUUL, as well as the giants of the tobacco industry, are equally responsible. Or rather, irresponsible. Just like governments that condemn smoking but allow it to be produced. Everything involves money and money is the plague of any civilization. Government institutions are hypocrites! The biggest problem is that young audiences allow themselves to be led like cattle to the slaughterhouse. They are puppets. They follow fashion, styles, futility. They don’t care about being themselves. They tried it. They liked it. They advertised. After they became ill, they decided to act against the industry that they themselves promoted. They are as guilty as the manufacturers. Then they appear as little saints. Human beings are disgusting
