How would you feel, Lav, if you got a letter from the PGA Tour saying that they were going to reduce media access at tournaments. If you have a rating of less than 80% viewer satisfaction, you don’t get access. This just keeps getting worse for the golfers. I’m a 66 year old who has watched professional golf for a very long time. I’m really starting to lose interest in the PGA Tour.
Not sure if this was ever considered for a pace of play solution but how about reducing the number of clubs allowed in the bag. I had to play with every other iron and it made the game and decision process much faster, either the club gets there or it doesn’t. Part of the problem for pace is having too many iron options imo.
This is good for LIV.
Can understand the pace of play part of it. What it comes down to IMO is the top players are wanting more money so cut the field and now you are able to spread more to top positions
LIV bots alive and well
