You should cover the Cell movie based on Stephen King’s book
Surely something that’s failed is something that’s not been able to be made in full….
You all should really get a different perspective
Not everything can match your expectations ffs
There’s many successes even in failures… but nope, you’d all rather be so singular
I do not give a fuck how much money something has cost or made either… the fact this zombie culture of capitalism defines greatness on how rich people get is mental
Does the 2012 version live up to the original? No, the original was way better. Honestly your right the remake took itself too seriously and I think the constant dark colors just made it too blah. I did find the tech interesting and the use of robot soldiers feel a little close to what our future could look like if we’re not careful. I want to defend the movie but I can’t because it’s too forgettable and too similar to what we have seen in too many other movies.
Didn’t mind the remake, as for Dredd, they both have a place in the arc, as Stallone’s version has undertones of conspiracy, ulterior motives and agendas. The remake is a day in the life of a Judge, but I had issues with it.
They changed Mars for Australia? What a cheapskates.
The worst of the movie the girl at the end died
I watched this on DVD. I only remember it for having asinine lens flare that appeared without source. This movie only helped me to hate lens flare in movies.
Total Recall OG I can remember scene by scene. Total Recall 2012 I can’t remember a thing of for the life of me…
Honestly, I love both movies and I guess I think sometimes we take entertainment way too serious. I respect what people give and not try to compare it and just enjoy what I have so for me I love this movie, but I also love the actors who played in as well.
Modern Hollywood doesn’t understand charm. It’s essential. Without it we just don’t care what’s happening.
