  2. His explanation of layering is nothing short of brilliant for how quick he encapsulates the idea of it 1:40

  3. Every artist /creative person owes this guy for being the first artist to break the system and had the balls and skills to back it up.Thankyou Mr.McFarlane your a legend!

  4. “Quick, how do you kill a vampire?”
    “A stake through the heart… garlic… sunlight?”
    . . .
“No, you kill a vampire however you want, because vampires DON’T exist!!”

  5. “Why is Batman a fascist”. Why do so many people have no clue what real fascism and real national socialism is? Neither one of those terms mean “you are someone/something I don’t like”. Throwing around the terms with no knowledge just make the thrower stupid.

  6. Nice and all but “best selling comic book” boasting about character design literally so random that it happened by mistake and was good enough for that generation of reader. Measure yourself with Eichiro Oda 😂

  7. If anyone agrees that Superman is boring, I think it’s worth reading Grant Morrison’s non-fiction book Supergods. You may still think he’s boring afterwards, but you’ll understand the importance of the character to society. Not speaking of his importance to comic books and the medium, but what his “boring” nature meant in the world in which he was created.
