ABOUT BON APPÉTIT
Bon Appétit is a highly opinionated food brand that wants everyone to love cooking and eating as much as we do. We believe in seasonal produce, properly salted pasta water, and developing recipes that anyone can make at home.
Those cocktails are definitely expensive, but here you can see some important elements going into that price. The atmosphere and the history is there, the drinks are inventive, but most importantly, I’m seeing some real quality ingredients being used. I saw some Agua Magica Mezcal and some Macallan 12 just in the first ten minutes, and those are some premium, expensive ingredients for mixed drinks, not to mention stuff you’d order off of a list neat or on the rocks. It’s sad that those cocktails are all over $20, but at least I’m seeing some clear effort being put towards sourcing.
Would have never expected this place so close to Rockefeller and a little edgy for Tony neighborhood. The nitrogen and co2 gases should be more precise and scientific.
As soon as he said Pete Davidson is now a part owner I lost all interest
Tiki blinders I love it
I would NEVER trust a NYC bar with these premade cocktail mixtures. There is too much incentive for them to cheat you on liquor that is going into the mixture.
