Even though it’s not a TV series, Blake and Yang from the animated series RWBY, should’ve been on here. It was a beautifully written story that had 9 volumes of development before they finally kiss. RWBY definitely doesn’t get enough recognition.

Blake and Yang in RWBY Volume 9, with the punderstorm forcing their feelings out into the open.
And Vax and Keyleth in The Legend of Vox Machina Season 3, where they shared their first kiss under the boughs of the Sun Tree, a parallel to a moment they had in Season 1.
