This is my Favorite Batman Movie.
If the United Staes Navy or the Coast Guard had been present when Batman & Robin were fighting 4 super-criminals and their men on a pre-atomic submarine the Penguin bought, they certainly would’ve come there to help the crimefighters defeat their foes. Catwoman, Penguin, Joker & the Riddler can’t defeat the entire US Military.
Kinda strange none of the goons thought to drown Robin.
