Watching this in sequence you can see how the dialogue between Batman/Robin and the villains gets campier and funnier over the course of the series. At first Batman just sounds like a kind of tightly wound but mostly conventional hero, but gradually both his lines and delivery get more over-the-top and ridiculous.
The Batman Series lasted longer than the Green Hornet series because the Bat Villains were far more colorful and interesting to little kids who would find the Green Hornet Villains in suits and ties boring!!!
I really would have liked it if in just one episode, Chief O’Hara and about 6 tough police officers would joined in the free for all fights with the Bat Villains!!!

I still watch this show today.
As a young boy,Julie Newmar and Yvonne Craig always made my pants just a WEE bit tighter in the crotchal area.
The Mad Hatter and his mere two goons definitely came closest to beating the dynamic duo! 👊👏
2:01 – Back in the day when you had to have hands!😁😁😁😁😁
When that girl was trying to steal the Batmobile, I was hoping that Batman was smart enough not to leave the keys in the ignition!!!

6:25 And people say that this version of Batman ain’t intimidating.
Jack Cullen, The Rainbooms, The Dazzlings, The Shadowbolts and The Post Crush: En Garde!
7:35 you know, this version of the joker was a respectable fiend. Not using women as bait to throw Batman off and not beating them…
