Lol… as an employer I can’t give a false or negative reference when asked so keep it short and hope fiture employer will infer or I will be enthusiastic and regretful that the person is no longer with our team. Likewise as an employee, if asked about the company/boss, I would be guarded (one doesn’t want to screw the future)… erm, got mortgage to pay/babies to feed innit?
