Update: I did this workout and it was so much fun!! It was repetitive but not too repetitive, just enough to get a hang of the moves. I feel much better on this rainy day after doing this workout!

Reinette SINED wow. You are what I would call a dingbat. Listen at the first part! She is doing modifications for some people who can’t jump, turn, aren’t as fit, etc. etc. for instance I know someone who can’t turn / jump a lot because they have vertigo.
