Whether it’s the jalapeno sausage or the brisket elote cup, Panther City BBQ in Fort Worth infuses every plate with a Tex-Mex twist. Inspired by flavors from their childhood, owners Chris Magallanes and Ernest Morales crafted a six-ingredient brisket rub with a bit of heat. You’ll find those same spices throughout the menu, including in the smash burgers, pork spare ribs, and prime brisket.

Owner seems like a real G !! Great food
This guys a bit of legend. Can you imagine eating food served from a place you can only eat from the hatch in the back alley. Damn, I know I can’t. Amazing love and dedication from these guys.
Panther City is my #1 favorite of all the BBQ spots in FW, definitely go give it a try if you haven’t! Elote and barbacoa tacos are unreal and the smoked turkey is an amazing sleeper pick, best smoked turkey I’ve ever had. Dayne’s in Aledo is an extremely close second on my list, spoiled for choice around here!
I would rather pay $10 for a bean and cheese burrito from taco bell than pay the outrageous prices these bbq joints charge. Ive never seen a bbq joint that wasnt grossly overpriced.
Looks Good!
