I have a Roku TV for six month and they do incorporate the OTA channel in the EPG. The EPG is really good and convenient. May be you should rescan the OTA channel on your Roku TV.
I have a free-standing Roku box not built into the TV. I wonder if that’s the difference. I’m going to do a little more research and try to get it incorporated. Thanks for that tip.
@@cashwise7614 I have a free standing Roku as well and have never seen anything about an antennae in any of the menus.
@@cashwise7614 I was just about to say the same thing as @garatobra2504 Mine is also built into the TV.
@@cashwise7614with the separate roku you need to go through the TV to get the OAC. I have one TV set up like that and that is the only way I could find to do it. The TV with the roku built in shows the OAC in the guide just as simple as the streaming channels.
What type of antenna do you have? Thank you!
Believe it or not on that particular TV. I have old school rabbit ears. That being said, I do live in a major city about 15 miles from the main towers. I got the rabbit ears at Walmart for about 8 dollars.
What makes Google TV better is you can sideload apps
I bought a Roku TV recently and I do like it but it would be so nice if I could download certain like free movie channels I can do that on Google but I can’t do that on Roku
Roku has the same live tv antenna guide. Is there anything different
I have a Roku on the same Google TV but I have not been able to figure out how to get that live channel guide up and running.
I have heard that if you buy a Roku TV, it does have a live channel guide similar to Google’s?
Might be an issue with having a separate Roku from the TV?
