On August 29, 2022 Netflix turned 25 years old. As we enter our mid-twenties, it’s time we give credit to the ones who got us here. Thanks to you, the FANS for making Netflix what it is today.

Here is something that Netflix does not know yet but will find out in the future, due to statistics: People did stop watching shows not because they are not good. Of course some of them are better and some of them are worse. But the mainreason ist: They stopped watching them because all of a sudden their favourite shows are being cancelled and the engagement was for nothing. Because of that, people only start watching a show, when it is finished nowadays. So there are two options here:
1. Stop milking shows untill almost nobody watches them anymore (Like Sabrina). Finish them as they were planned in the beginning. That is how you grow a fanbase for life.
2. 2-3 Seasons top. Maybe sometimes even just one. And make mini Series. A movie is not enough content and a complete series is just too long. Mini Series of 6-8 Episodes tops? Perfect! 🙂
Stop canceling great series.
Hope they don’t forget the part where they force us to watch ads or pay more.
