That felt like a clumsy attempt to create flow. Impossible to change positions as fast as you run through them. I think it would have been great had you slowed down and eradicated the Chit Chat.
I really like the class and instruction, but the woman with the pink top commented too much. Maybe she thought it was a good contribution, but I didn’t like it.
I love this video. I wish more yoga classes like this.
