Latrice Ragsdale I felt a little arm action with the planks! Surprisingly I didn’t feel too much pressure in the wrists and the modifications are good. I’d do this one again for sure.
interesting points ,if anyone else wants to uncover toned muscles try Mighty Shortcut Folio (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got great results with it.

day 1 10/11/24 I got 13 minutes in because I did another workout before you all but im glad I found y’all ! looking to see results I my body and mindset !
