  1. This video used to be part of the “21 Days to Kickstart Your Fitness Workout Plan” that PopSugar launched a few years ago. I had actually bought it back then and after going through the whole program several times I felt better and stronger than ever! She really did kickstart my fitness journey! However, due to health issues I had to stop working out and so I haven’t exercised during the past 3,5 years. Now I want to do Anna’s series again, but it’s not on the PopSugar (now PS) website anymore… I am so sad! I love her workouts so much! They are the only ones I can follow from start to finish and actually feel good about myself because of her clear explanation, encouragement throughout and positive mindset. Does anybody know any workout programs similar to Anna’s, with the same vibes and for beginners?
