I have been requesting for 20 days because my payment through bank to wpt has been missed 4 times, but it has not been resolved yet. Every time I ask for a quick resolution, they just say the same thing, that they are checking. It seems like a scam company. I paid 13,400 baht and asked for a grace receipt, so I sent it all, but they have not resolved it for 20 days and are just waiting. Never use wpt. They are a company that deceives their customers.
