This one is pretty safe, but this exercise in your bed craze has gotten out of hand! Though Chiropractors everywhere are extremely grateful for this craze! Because unless you’re bed is a board with a yoga mat injuries that start small, are inevitable if you are doing anything except a typical morning stretch in/on your bed!
But, like I said Chiropractors are loving it and getting lots of extra visits and new patients. However, if you tell your chiropractor that you are doing exercises in your bed and he doesn’t tell you to STOP immediately, then you should find another chiropractor because this one is more concerned with your paid visits than he/she is about your health and wellbeing! ❤️❤️❤️
