Very low impact bro lol
This workout was pretty enjoyable, but NOT, by definition low-impact which requires that one foot be on the ground at all times. It could be modified to be low impact, but is not such as shown. I’d love to see something more steady state. For example, no long isometric holds (the squat holds) that bring the heartrate down below zone.
