During Election Week’ was recorded on November 4, 2020 around 5 p.m. Washington, D.C. looks deserted and empty with the exception of the downtown area. Stores around downtown Washington, D.C. are mostly boarded up in fear of possible chaos due to elections. Businesses, government agencies and international organizations have closed their doors with plywood. I walked around downtown Washington, D.C. only four months ago at the hight of the pandemic, but it feels like I never left.
